Steph Lightfoot.

Mum, athlete, breast cancer survivor.

I am a cancer exercise specialist, wellbeing coach, sports therapist, personal trainer, yoga teacher, kettlebell instructor, triathlon coach and ice cream addict. I believe in balance.
